If you choose to sign up to receive emails from us, we collect your name and email address and share this with our email service provider, Mailchimp, so that we can send you updates you have asked to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

Embedded content

Our Counselling in Parkstone page includes an embedded Google Map to help you find The Parkstone Practice. Google may collect data about your interaction with this embedded content in line with its own privacy policy.

How we use and store your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange an introductory call, or send you updates you have requested. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information relating to counselling itself, including anything shared during sessions, is handled separately and is covered by our Confidentiality Policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry form submissions only for as long as needed to respond to you, and no longer than 12 months unless you go on to become a client, in which case information is retained in line with our professional record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it, except where we are required to keep it for legal, safeguarding or professional reasons.
